SNDBath Sensory Sound Bath with Rebecca Turk at Elachee Nature Science Center
Join us on the serene patio at Elachee Nature Center for a deeply restorative Sensory Sound Bath in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, with special pricing in celebration of our Educators!
A sound bath is one of the most soothing and rejuvenating experiences you can offer yourself. Just 30 minutes of rest and meditation during a sound bath is equivalent to two hours of deep sleep — a powerful way to reset your mind and body.
In this immersive journey, Rebecca Turk will guide you through angelic tones from quartz crystal bowls, each tuned to balance your body’s 7-point chakra system. The rhythmic pulse of a native drum will mimic the ocean’s waves, her Wind Gong is a cleansing and clearing instrument and finally, gentle tones from Koshi chimes tuned specifically to the four elements will complete the experience. Vibrational sound healing has been shown to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep, and relax tension in the body by producing a specific resonance and tone.
Rebecca’s sound baths are designed to rejuvenate on a cellular level — harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit.
