Sound Healing
Sound creates a space with a frequency and vibration that is conducive for healing, and has been used as a healing tool in various cultures for thousands of years. The pure therapeutic sound and frequencies from the crystal singing bowls facilitate shifts in the physical and energetic body, and healing can be emotional, physical and/or spiritual, depending on what you are ready for. A sound bath can balance emotions and quiet the busy mind, taking you into a deep and relaxed healing space as you are cocooned in the vibrations and magical sounds of the singing bowls.
Vibrational sound healing has been shown to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep and relax tension in the body while activating the body’s own healing process.
In our culture, we are becoming more and more aware of holistic approaches for relaxation and healing, to combat the everyday stresses of modern life—a sound bath can offer the perfect solution. It gives you the opportunity to go inward on your own terms.
Sound baths are meant to help facilitate a shift in your brainwave state. Through frequency with sound it's possible, and very easy, to down-shift our normal beta state (alert, concentrating, reacting) to an alpha (creative, relaxed), and even theta (meditative state) and ultimately, delta (deep sleep; where restoring and healing can occur).
How it Works
The human body is made of 60% water and by being exposed to the vibration of musical instruments, one can gently dislodge or break up blocked energy or other ailments in the body to restore it to its original state of health. The body is designed to heal itself and sound healing can help speed up the process.
Services & Fee Structure
We provide the following services:
Group Sound Baths at Yoga and Wellness Studios (60 mins) - $30 - $40 per person
Private sessions are great for smaller friend groups, birthday celebrations and yoga and wellness retreats. We celebrate any reason to just recharge and reset in the comfort of your own home or retreat center. You can even plan for an Aqua/Floating sound bath in your pool!
Private Sound Baths for Individuals (60 min sessions)
Private Sound Baths (up to 15 people) - $450
A corporate sound bath session is a great experience to offer company employees by giving everyone some time to recharge, reset and decompress from the grind.
Sound Baths for Corporate Wellness Programs (60 min sessions)
Small Group Sound Baths (up to 15 people) - $450
Group Sound Baths (up to 25 people) - $600
Group Sound Baths (26 to 49 people) - $750
Large Group Sound Baths (50 to 75) - $1000
Large events (76-100) - $1250 *each additional person is $25 pp
