Spring Equinox Healing Event with Yin Yoga + Chakra Sound & Sound Bath

Saturday, March 20 from 2-4pm

We hope you’ll join us for our Spring Equinox Healing Event complete with Yin Yoga + Chakra Sound and a full Sound Bath. The event takes place on Saturday, March 20 from 2-4pm. Participants will experience a Spring Equinox focused meditation followed by a Yin Yoga practice led by Dana Hernandez and a full sound bath by Rebecca Turk of SNDBath. The Yin Yoga practice will be combined with sound healing targeted to specific chakras, your body’s energy system.

This private event is limited to 15 people and will be held at a beautiful midtown Atlanta yoga studio space with COVID-19 precautions.
